RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online store using your email address or create an account
  2. Select Contact Us to nofify us of your reason for return
  3. We will reply and confirm if your return is approved.
    • Return/Exchange approval is at the discretion of our Returns Department and we reserve the right to deny any Return/Exchange that does not comply with our policy.
    • Platinum Sports Apparel’s online returns can only be used to return items purchased online at www.psapparel@icloud.com.
    • All returns will be refunded via store credit, or a different product.
    • We offer Free Returns/Exchanges (no return shipping or handling fees).

    • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories)
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.

    • Platinum Sports Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

    Additional Information:

    Orders placed after 4pm CT will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. Any order placed after 3pm CT will be processed on the following business day.
